We are a management consultancy providing and facilitating the provision of project funding for projects that require inward investment. The projects may cover infrastructure, new builds, service provision, gaps in the community, commercial ventures, education provision, development of new products through innovation, AI data centres, healthcare and energy.
In all cases, consideration should be given to where the intended outcomes will be sited and what they will impact (environment, economy (both local and national), people, existing infrastructure, services, technologies).
As far as possible, the political situation in the country where your project will be sited should be fairly stable. This is to ensure that your project can attract the right level of interest and investors for maximum success.

Worked with Private Equity Firm in Japan and Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor in the USA. Experience in designing Sovereign Debt Swap solutions in emerging markets in Africa. Prepared international legal brief (class action) on behalf of American children against Chinese Government for initiating the Global Biological Warfare. Statement of Claim $6 Trillion against the Chinese Government Agencies. The case currently is at the International Court of Justice in Hague. Blocked the sale of equity between Societe General of France and Access Bank Ghana PLC as mergers and acquisitions advisor.
